Tryhard:

A person who puts a large amount of effort into achieving a certain image, or counter-image, to the point where it is obviously contrived. Rather than achieving an image through genuine personality, the try-hard consciously attempts to fit a certain style through deliberate imitation, forced style, or scripted behavior. That is to say, he/she is trying hard to create an image.

Recently, mucho flames have been flying around because 'new' people are simply not aware of The Unspoken Rules Of OTD. I just don't want to lose another epic poster to an easily preventable ban (not to say unjust) I therefor believe it is necessary to record these rules to prevent the loss of more OTers

Zenrax, Abakker and Milo to name a few(I know, not for n00b flaming but it makes you think...) have all been lost forever.

So I created this thread with the intention of Protection of those new to OTD, and those who have been here since time began.

For people who have not ventured here before

You, good sir, both do not understand the importance of proper comment placement, and are a troll. I'm not completely sure which is worse. Your improper use of a space directly between an ellipse and the following word is also a fail. Capitalization of the first word in your sentences will also make you look like less of an (Flaming.)
