If I can speak from my massive experience as a mod, these characters won't listen. You can tell them that it is the way they bought coins that makes them inelligible for a package but they won't listen. They expect a mod to fix their problem in minutes and fix means they get what they want, even if they are wrong.
When they don't get what they want they start throwing an online tantrum and then get suspended. For some, that is more fuel, so they make a new account and come back with the same rant, so they get perma-banned. Then they become CCC (like).

It's all part of mod duties to deal with them and you try to be nice. Sometimes it goes ok, other times they go viral.

The rules of the internet are not silly! They are quite important....
Edit: in fact they are the same concept of this but on a bigger scale. They are the precursor to this!

Yes, the evony community is showing that it can hold a conversation without any flaming or actual spam going on.

Edit: I just punched a major hole in my own logic.....crap, already forgot what i was talking about...
