I received an infraction about something I posted in support of LORDCS

My posting was this in regards to LORDCS' posting of a mail he received from a moderator who seemed a bit terse with him in a naturally frustrating position

"It seems that the Moderators are getting pretty big in their britches with that mail you were sent"

From the looks of it the only time one can get a response to anything by moderators or representatives is when you question their ability and or hubris at this. Since I received the mail from Dawnseeker This is to him

I am sure you get thousands upon thousands of emails regarding other issues and you were contacted by a moderator about my comment and thus why I received an infraction. If you did happen to look through the entire thread and see the context of my comment you would have noticed that it may have contributed to the essence.

I will not bore you with rantings about customer service or responses- I know you guys are working your hardest to make Evony a great game. But Automated responses like this and also the context of the entire thread from which my infraction generated reveals how little Evony cares about singular players. But like any businessman knows after awhile all those little frustrated Singular Players become a pretty big group of spending clients who go on to other games.

Thank you.

There is a general feeling from people in every server who feel that Evony is truly lacking in building a relationship between the Customers and the employees. We all understand this is a big game, and that with 150,000 active users (Lets not kid ourselves about the 15million). Many of us who have a great time playing the game and gladly paid money simply feel that the lack of communication and help when we need it shows either apathy or ineptitude. For me to get an infraction for a comment that was both pertinent to that thread and also to major issues with the game and community as a whole shows that those in positions of authority are more worried about reaching 20million dead accounts then the 150,000 people who actually play and love the game.
