    In my opinion, there should be no list because no matter what happens not everyone will be on the list, and at least someone will feel left out. If there is a list, it really belongs more in a social group than a forum thread.

    The list is just based on the influence certain members had in OT. It can be either positive or negative influence and not everyone will agree about everyone on it but it doesn't matter anyway.

    Originally the concept was to write a history of the major events that have shaped this forum section and of course history is full of names. It's not meant to be a popularity poll.

    Well I cannot say that I've influenced a lot in the present times, but I did do a few things back in my day, and am the oldest active forumer... I'm sure that is deserving of something.
