well prestige really doesn't gauge the skill of a player, guys with 1 mil prestige could lose to someone with 300k, and vice versa. For a lot of people, like myself, prestige is just something to do while you're waiting for war. A lot of times smaller alliances like the one i'm in don't get involved with full on wars all the time, so farming NPC's all day tends to get tedious. So i see how much prestige i can get to keep myself busy until we go to war.

Your wrong a 1 millionK prestige guy will defeat a 300K guy almost every time. Unless he's been brought down by constant war. But your point is understood.

The thing is a 300K guy wouldn't even scout a guy with 1 millionK prestige. Noone would take that chance unless he has no other choice. And thats my point. What you do is what I propose build prestige during times of peace. My guide just shows you how. And prestige does do something it raises your Rank amongst players and who doesn't want to be number 1!

The other thing is that your hero gets more experience if you send some warriors or such when farming npc's while trying to build up to a level 10 NPC. If you are starting out and your highest attack hero is low (ie 120) then add a few thousand warriors when farming level 5 npc's and see what the difference in xp gained is. Once you are up to 10's though I probably wouldn't bother anymore.

Absolutely disagree. Only a week or so ago, I was watching a 300k member of the rank 16 alliance make a 1.8mil prestige enemy of a top 12 alliance look silly. That's a common vision for me. Alliances around us are clearly focused on prestige more than battle knowledge/mechanics... most particularly evident when they accept poor players simply based on their prestige number.

I agree, certain people are just out to farm, and that is the area they choose to focus their knowledge in. They don't care about winning battles, as long as they are making mad prestige!

excuse me for calling you a noob. But it is a well known fact that civilian rank gains prestige faster than Captain and Knights. And it goes on like this. Just ask around.

As I mentioned This is only the case after the 1 million pres guy has already been badly beaten by someone of high prestige. Or has made foolish mistakes with his army that cost him. This is because a person of 1 million prestige can only achieve this by building an outstanding army.

Once you have completed building your cities you will be nowhere near 1 million pres.

It would take you months on end of praying to achieve this much prestige without building an army that can easily defeat a 300K guy. What is the 1 millionk guy only farming lvl 5 NPCs! more than likely he's farming lvl 10s at will. more than 1 at a time. Lets just say he's taking 2 a day thats at least 200K archers minimum and thats not giving the lvl 10 NPC credit. The guy that defeated the 1 millionK guy was lucky. He caught him at a good time. And this is rear. Ask around how many people has heard this happening you wont find many. You'll be hard press to find someone that even believes your story (though I know its possible). And if you check my guide it does not prevent you from building a great army, infact it helps you.

just sent 1100 Warriors accompanied by enough transports for each lvl NPC so

1100 = lvl 1 NPC
2200 = lvl 2 NPC
88000 = lvl 8 NPC - about 6500-7700K Prestige per hit, add trans and ull get about 8mil food for it too.
I wouldnt go above lvl 9 with warriors alone.

on a lvl 8 you could loose about 51k Warriors and after healing about 5K, you actually lost about 46K... Worth it? May be !!

I dunno about u guys, but the new popular thing is, people who had 900K and 1mil prestige want it lower, so they lower it to 200K or 65K and just gain tons by kicking peoples behinds who think they have nothing
