Your post doesn't even makes sense because the person who wrote it said that he hasn't even tested it. While I have tested and seen it for myself. I 10 evony accounts on various servers and have seen this for myself. Believe me I never talk without first testing the information myself. I'm adding what your link show to show people:

I've never done the tests myself. We all used to think that rank/title made you gain less prestige, but the general consensus now is that it is only the # of cities and the cumulative TH lvl, right?

I would like someone who has made the comparisons to throw their two cents in, please. I'm in one of those super small elite alliances on a new server, we're all 'experts', and we'll argue about stupid crap like this if I don't figure out the answer.

EDIT: Nobody? I've seen quite a few knowledgeable regulars pass by in the past 45 mins.....

Clearly you just glanced at the first post and your ignorance continues to grow. Why don't you stop being an ignorant person and read the whole thread, where somebody (NOT ME) tests it and proves me right. That would be awesome, then you can apologize and I might accept it.

just sent 1100 Warriors accompanied by enough transports for each lvl NPC so

1100 = lvl 1 NPC
2200 = lvl 2 NPC
88000 = lvl 8 NPC - about 6500-7700K Prestige per hit, add trans and ull get about 8mil food for it too.
I wouldnt go above lvl 9 with warriors alone.

on a lvl 8 you could loose about 51k Warriors and after healing about 5K, you actually lost about 46K... Worth it? May be !!

I dunno about u guys, but the new popular thing is, people who had 900K and 1mil prestige want it lower, so they lower it to 200K or 65K and just gain tons by kicking peoples behinds who think they have nothing

This is plausable but the only real way to lower it is to take a lot of losses on battles. And

he can get down to 200K this would just be a ploy. And I can see a guy of 200K taking a 1 million pres guy if this is the case as his army would be just as strong Theoretically.

I've tested it and proved you wrong already. I'm not just saying it because I've heard it. The question is have YOU tested it. I've seen people say a lot of things and I've tested most of it and found it incorrect.

There are screen shots proving that the prestige doesn't change, are you blind? Rather than just saying "I tested it" like every other know-it-all on the forum, show evidence that reverses what was posted in that thread, then maybe I will find a little tiny part of you credible. As far as looking at the screen shots, what can you say about them? You sir, are ignorant. Plain and simple.

I like the fact that you read the threads and try to add input. Your not doing anything wrong as the idea is to help. Your mistake is in calling people silly names becaue they don't agree with you. But my advice is that you test theories before speaking. Opinions are why a lot of us have things wrong. As I have stated I have tested this. I have 10 accounts on various servers and what I have stated is a fact based apon trial and error not what I've heard someone else say. I will now do as you have seen on the post with both title and Rank at civy it may take me a day to do as I have more pressing things to do. But tomorrow check for the results. I just hope that I can do as that guy did with the pictures. May have to use my phone.

I hate reading other people trying to tell someone their opinion is wrong.

I posted my opinion on what i think is prestige, something to keep you busy during peace, I don't use prestige to gauge the skill of a player, and I don't think it does anything.

I'm sure others feel the same, and I'm sure others don't...

That doesn't mean I'm going to come on the forums to tell everyone else that they're wrong and my opinions are right.

People's opinions are getting in the way that this is a good guide, I can understand it clearly, the information seems to be tested, so don't complain about the quality of the guide just because you're probably not going to use it.

If you think that prestige farmers are weak then let them be. It should be easier for you to attack them then.

You need to distinguish between opinions and facts, the facts are that prestige is not affected by title.

This is funny but attacking lvl 10 NPC will take forever to do. This is just something that is easy to do. And lets be honest unless your a veteran player most people think about it b4 they attack a city with more prestige than them. I mean if you have 100K prestige you're a little intimidated by someone with 300K you'll look for someone else. I know some of you will say you don't but who will take a rish scouting a 300K guy if you're 100K. What if he has a great war city now your city will be ravished because of a scout. Building prestige is a worthwhile goal. And even just being ranked # 1 has a great satisfaction.

same thing on server 3 for me, except that everybody is unactive with no troops. so i can scout and plunder.
