I don't know where all this money they make goes but it isn't going on staffing or service, unfortunatley..

if they would spend more there it would probably make huge strides in the game..

I think they waste a lot of it on hardware because their technical people don't really seem to be knowing exactly what they are do and they talk about replacing hardware all the time but it not really fixing lag, I think they could be spending money more effectively in this are by hiring more knowledgeable staff and use that money on the service end of things
