Come on these forums and YOU specifically censor the forums to keep people from realizing how **** poor your treating the players with regards to the above.

I am dying to figure that one out.
I have offered to let you do a remote desktop session to show i have nothing on my system that would even be close to a bot or macro program. I do not multi account so tell me again why i suddenly got a 3 day holiday?
Better yet tell me why emails to billing/support went unanswered with regards to this. Why the phone cant be picked up or calls returned?
Am i ****ed? your damn right i am ****ed off.
This wasn't a holiday, I paid money for coins and had buffs up that DID in fact expire because the timer continued to run whole on this so called holiday.
So you take my money and end up costing me even more money by giving me a holiday thus limiting the benefit of what I paid cash for.
How the hell would you feel if you were treated like this by a company your paying money to?
You had the audacity to say i was committing fraud when i made a post how to do a charge back.
WHat your doing is in fact FRAUD. Your taking money then limiting the benefit of that transaction.
