I hope after reading this post you will realize why people are leaving this game (not due to recent suspensions).
You speak of the creativity of your development team and their vision and you also speak about how much you care about our feedback. Forum after forum I have seen this question/suggestion both from past and present posts that troop upkeep takes too much food. In which of your responses have you indicated that our feedback is important to you? This is still an issue and frankly I have stopped paying a cent for this game.
Half of my alliance have quit the game and more are dropping out every day because this food farming is taking too much time of our and their lives. Let alone my neighbors are in holiday mode, either gone or suspended from the game (either because they were botting to keep up with the food, or had multi-accounts trying to feed the one account).
The way we see it, you have nothing to lose with a new server coming out everyday and your record high 10 million users you know that 1 in 5 buys coins. Your promises about Age II coming out and having issues resolved is inexcusable. You are basically saying what a car salesman says: "The New BMW 3 series will have such and such option, if you buy it you won't have to deal with the repair problems of your current 2007 BMW". This is called a rip-off. Basically, when Age II comes out, we know that any issues in the game will be resolved in the future phase of the game possible Age III.
You claim that you cannot answer every single email that comes from users, but at least you have to respond to paying members. They are paying you to do your job. If support is so expensive, I suggest you offer that as an option for players to purchase so that issues don't go un-noticed.
Thank you for your time.
