So just for some clearification for myself and the rest of N2.
I will use Indo's Xbox thread as my example. If someone from the community posts something along those lines in the N2 discussion are we going to be harassed because it "belongs in general/entertainment/OTD and not in N2."
Given the history of warm welcomes(or lack there of) that N2 people have in other forums(and vice versa) personally I only want to intereact with anyone but those from this forum. If I want to talk about how Texas and OK are getting hit by the ice storm and who is effected by it....I really don't care if joeblow from server 343485672 got 1/2" of ice. Therefore, I will ask in N2 and not in general.
Is this acceptable? Or are we going to have to deal with threads being moved/closed for wrong forum/spam. Now granted I am not asking that all spam be allowed just that we be allowed to discuss things within our group instead of all of the Evony community.
In addition, though L is doing his job well I think Boleslav should be appointed to this forum. He took his beating well on s9 and seems to be a better person for it. I wouldn't mind seeing him around more. (Plus he's lookin good after all those ban-hammer lifts)

It's a server forum, and I personally think those should have a more lax interpretation of what is and isn't spam.
In "Guides", we can't have people discussing ice storms because it interferes with people's ability to find the guides they need. That's the general theory behind specific areas for specific topics. In a server forum, it is highly unlikely that important topics would get bumped to the second page by general chitchat, and therefore I don't see why you'd be told to move it elsewhere.
i think that threads should not be closed unless topics that u said come up
I totally understand that. The only reason I bring this up is because I know that in Indobuds thread Xbox 360 he was told it was in the wrong area and should be put in General chat. I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't going to be an issue and that while we were discussing rules this be clearified.
I believe that a moderator may need to close threads when the general tone of the posts in it are negative, belligerent, or are ramping up to be a huge problem. For example, we close threads that encourage people to do chargebacks, because in general, doing so is an act of fraud against the company. We close threads that spend four days discussing how terrible someone else is as a player to the point that the person is nearly driven off the server in tears. There are times when a thread won't violate the rules as set forth, but still should be closed.
I think it's fine to dispute thread closures, though. If you think one should be allowed, pm your mod and talk about it. You'd be shocked how often we're willing to reverse a decision and reopen a thread if someone has a valid point for doing so.
What if the company does not meet its end of the deal by not paying coins into said person's account?
I've never had any trouble with it though. But any company attempted to defraud me of my money, I would give them one day to correct things over the internet then I would file a dispute with my credit card / bank / paypal company. In real life, physical shops I would give then one minute. Someone I know from here was in the middle of doing a chargeback, as Evony didn't pay money into his account and he waited a week, moment he took it up with paypal for a charge back the coins magically appeared in his account. Although I do not know the specifics of it, I thought I'd just add it in - for effect of course.

ok i can understand that
I am always willing to consider re-opening a thread.
The only thing that I ask, is that you P.M. me with a clear, reason behind why you think it should be re-opened.
If you P.M. me with "What the heck man why u close tha thrd, u suc, and over modrate"
Chances are, I'm not going to re-open the thread.
If you P.M. me with,
"L, I think that thread "X" should be re-opened, because we were having a legitimate conversation about X,Y, and Z."
I'm much more likely to re-open it.
