you forgot something

Once you've taken a screenshot and saved it in your image editor, upload it to ploader.net and then paste the link it gives you (the bottom link since it gives you several) into the post window using the image button.

there was a thread similar to this, but that direction DEPENDS on what you use, i prefer the snipping tool.... much easier
